New Distributor Bonuses

Quick Start

New rules in effect October 1, 2022.

In your first 30 days with Xyngular help four people order and get a total of 500 in volume for an extra $100. Double your volume and we'll double the bonus.

Quicks Start Bonus eligibility is based on qualification date*, not enrollment date. Xyngular Distributors are eligible to earn the Quick Start Bonus of $100 upon completion of each of the following:

o Have a personal order of 120 PV their first 30 days of enrollment. All 120 PV must be placed in one calendar month.

o Enroll at least four new customers, Members, or Distributors within their first 30 days of enrollment.

o Have a total Personally Enrolled volume of 500 QV. Personally enrolled volume is the sum of all orders from personal enrollments during the qualifying distributor’s first 30 days.

*Eligibility to earn a Quick Start bonus expires 30 days after a Member upgrade to Distributor status or enrollment as a Distributor.

Distributor Commissions

Rapid Rewards

You earn right away on every order on level 1 and 2 with Rapid Rewards! Refer a friend today and earn 20% on their first month order volume.

Earn Rapid Rewards on levels 3 and 4 when you maximize your comissions with a one time only 360PV within a calendar month.

They have a friend order and you still earn! Get 10% back on the volume from their referrals.

* To earn levels 3 and 4, a Distributor must have 360 PV within 1 calendar month at least once in the lifetime of their account with at least 120 PV. To fully qualify for Rapid Rewards the Xyngular Distributor must maintain at least 120PV in product sales.

Residual Earnings

Follow up orders? Of course you get paid! You earn 10% from everyone you introduced and 7% on everyone they introduce.

We call these levels, and you earn a percentage for each of them as you grow. Earn commission up to 8 levels!

Retail Sales

Someone doesn't want to become a Member? That's okay! You can still earn on their orders as a Retail Customer. You'll be paid the difference from retail to wholesale cost on all their orders. That's a 20% difference that goes right back to you.

RECRUITING TIPS

The below tips will help you master the art of recruitment so you can build your biz with full confidence that you are doing it with integrity and heart as the leader you know you are.

1. Decide With True Conviction

Decide that this is the path of making your dreams come true and that you will not give up.

Make yourself accountable. Report to others, such as your sponsor or a peer group.

2. Develop a Recruiting Mindset

You want to be looking for people who are also business builders. To scale (grow), you have to find people who also want to build.

It’s a process where you show the plan to a few people every day until you get a “Yes, I’m in! I want to do this too!” They are who you put in the effort to help grow with you. They will duplicate YOU.

3. Make Friends

Making friends and building relationships is what this business is about, and it doesn’t mean it’s always done with prospecting in mind.

Put yourself out there by making new friends, but without the pressure of prospecting. As you interact with them and share what it is you do etc. you will naturally make them like, trust, or get attracted to you.

4. Develop Positive Daily Habits and Income Producing Activities (IPAs)

Start by having a daily morning routine you stick to every day — it’s what sets you up for the day (meditation, exercise, watching something motivational, etc.).

Then for your business, commit to doing IPAs (income producing activites) such as connecting with at least 2 or 5 people each day in your network. Call them, send them a chat message or text, or comment on their post on social media.

Another IPA could be introducing your business opportunity or products to at least one person in your network every day. Your sponsor will send you a IPA sheet.

It’s essential to be building yourself first and foremost.

5. Tell Your Story - a Good Story

Get good at becoming a storyteller; this is how you can connect to people emotionally as opposed to just dumping information.

This could be stories about your own personal journey or your upline, downline, your company, the products, or your compensation plan.

It’s all about creating and maintaining a relationship.

6. Sponsor Your Recruits

Take your business seriously and build with integrity. Avoid just recruiting for the sake of getting numbers.

Signing someone up is one thing, but helping them succeed by supporting them and being a leader is where the true value lies.

“You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” - Zig Ziglar

7. Don’t Force Your Biz on Family and Friends

Don’t be one of those people that approaches their family and friends at every opportunity they get to tell them about this “great business opportunity.”

Certainly share with them what it is that you’re doing and how exciting it is, but them see what you do and let them ask questions after their interest has been piqued. Our style of sharing is known as Attraction Marketing. You'll inspire them to want to learn more and join you.

Many times what can happen is friends and family who do join your business often times come after seeing your success.

Treat your MLM business like any other and focus on your specific target market of people who will want your product/services and business opportunity.

8. Be a Master at Listening and Asking Questions

Listening and asking questions is as important, if not more, than talking and telling your prospect about your business.

The only way you can find out what their needs and wants are is by asking questions.

By asking questions you will be able to tap into the storyteller in you and connect with them through either your experience or someone else’s you know of (like your upline) and sell with that in mind:

· What are you doing right now to move yourself closer to the life of your dreams?

· Do you have a plan of how you’re going to get there?

· How will making an extra income change your life right now?

9. Avoid Pressuring Prospects

There is nothing worse than a person who is super pushy. Don’t be that person that someone will ignore your calls or run the other way from you.

There is no reason for you to be desperate for people saying “yes,” remember you are looking for people who are also looking for you and what you’re offering — those are the right people.

“No” is no and then move swiftly on.

10. Enthusiasm

You are the energy of your biz and how you attract people is through your energy. So it’s essential that you be enthusiastic and joyful about what you’re doing and what you are inviting others to join.

An energetic, optimistic and positive attitude will attract people to you. People will naturally feel good around you. That’s what you want every single time you are recruiting.

When people think of you, you want them to smile. That’s the energy you’ve got to tap into.

11. Know Your "Why?"

Keep your WHY at the forefront of your mind. Remind yourself every single day why you are doing this. That you will do anything to achieve your dreams!

This WHY will get you through the hard times.

12. Be A Leader (Not Just A Recruiter)

Remember that the journey really begins when someone signs up with you and then it’s up to you to be a guide for that person and help them enter into the process of everything.

This is leadership.

They are trusting you to show them the way. Don't forget about them.

13. Be Genuine and Ethical

Don’t try to be someone you’re not and don’t make claims that are untrue, EVER.

A legitimate MLM company will always want you to be honest in your dealings with customers and potential recruits.

When you genuinely believe in a product or what the business can offer someone, that enthusiasm will naturally sell to people.

14. Don’t Take it Personally

This has got to be one of the most difficult parts of business building for anyone that is just starting.

It’s very easy to let rejection make one feel undervalued and question whether “selling” is just not what they’re good at.

You are already “selling” your ideas, recommendations and opinions to those in your own network on a daily basis — best restaurants, movies, books, etc.

A person’s lack of interest is not a reflection of you or what you’re proposing, it’s got to do with them and where they are currently at. It can simply be a "not now" moment.

With enough patience, self-belief and hard work, you will learn to look at “no” closer to someone who will say, "Yes!"
